Booking & Payment​

All bookings must be confirmed through our official website or directly with our team.

Payment is required to secure your spot. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start of the tour are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.

You may reschedule free of charge if you contact us at least 24 hours before the tour, or in the event of bad weather on the day of your tour.

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In that case, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Safety & Participation

All participants must follow the instructions of our guides at all times.

You are responsible for assessing your own fitness and health before joining an activity.

We reserve the right to deny participation to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who behaves in a way that may endanger others.

Personal Belongings & Liability

Please keep an eye on your personal items — we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged belongings during the tour.

By joining our tours, you acknowledge that outdoor activities carry a certain level of risk. Our team always prioritizes safety, but participation is at your own risk.
